Comparison With Other Publications
The two most famous books in the market on UPSC Prelims PYQ are 1. Disha Publications & 2. Oswaal Publications. While we have no business evaluating their work, we are making a comparison so that you’re in a better position to take decision.
Comparison with Disha Publications (Mrunal IAS) Book

Above are the snapshots of the index from the Disha Publications book. The topics classification given in this book is not very helpful for study purposes for Prelims. What ends up happening is we’ve to further divide the questions into sub-topics as per our convenience, which doesn’t solve the purpose of the book.
Politics for India Prelims PYQ Book contains 86 subtopics. All have been created in a manner you study them. Additionally, Politics for India book also has graphs to illustrate the subject-wise trend over the years.
Comparison with Oswal Publications Book

If you’re purchasing Oswaal publications book, do not expect topic-wise classification. Although the index lists a large no. of topics and subtopics, as the graphs illustrate, MISCELLENEOUS section has most of the questions.Â
Further not all the questions have been answered in the book. You need to download an additional PDF file for answers to some of the questions in between.Â
